What are tags?

What are tags?:
Tags are keywords, that can be associated to each item of our blog or site made with WordPress. These keywords are used to better describe our article and to provide a system more in order for the article to be found. Let's take an example, if I have a site that talks about various sports, when I write an article to be assigned to the category News that talks about cycling, through the tags I assign the label "cycling". This will allow users to find the item is in the category "news" or by clicking the tag "cycling".
